1. Factory Direct items are non-returnable unless defective. We only ship from
factory.
2. Items that are damaged or defective will be replaced or refunded after review by
GiftWrapXpress.com.
3. GiftWrapXpress.com requires proof of damage or defects that can be shown to
the manufacturer/shipper within 30 days of order.
4. GiftWrapXpress.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
5. You have 4 working hours from order placement to contact us for change or
cancellation.
